Carto is an AI-powered meal planning web application that generates personalised weekly meal plans, grocery lists, and recipes based on your macro targets. The service is provided on a subscription basis. New users receive 3 free meal plan generations before subscribing.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Carto. By using the service, you confirm that you meet this requirement. Carto is not a medical service and does not provide medical or clinical nutrition advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making significant dietary changes.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. You must not share your login credentials or allow others to access your account. Notify us immediately at hello@usecarto.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your Profile page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to Pro features until that date.
Meal plans, grocery lists, and recipes are generated by Anthropic's Claude AI based on the inputs you provide. This content is for informational purposes only. Carto does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content for your specific health needs. You use this content at your own discretion.

All code, design, branding, and non-AI-generated content on usecarto.com is owned by Carto. AI-generated meal plans and grocery lists are provided for your personal use only and may not be resold or redistributed.
Carto is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that the service will meet your specific requirements.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Carto shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months prior to the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Mexico. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Mexico City, Mexico.
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify users of material changes by email where possible.
